I found this new 8 1/2 x 10 picture frame at the local thrift store for $1.50. It's distressed black.
This large mirror was $2 at a yard sale.
We're getting close with our addition. I primed all 1300 square feet yesterday. It took me 6 hours with a spray gun. We also finished the deck off our new master bedroom. It won't belong now. I can't wait to decorate it with all of the thrifty treasures I've been accumulating the past several months!
Great stuff! Are you going to redo the tin? Love that mirror :)
ReplyDeleteI love the sign. :) It reminds me of a good book!
ReplyDeleteLots of great things this week! Thanks for playing.
ReplyDeleteLove the window-- and plaque....and youv'e got some balls!:):):)
ReplyDeleteI like that you made your own decorative ball by using the jute. It would cost an arm and a leg in a store. I say paint the mirror and make it beachy/cottage-y.

you sure got alot of cute stuff!!
ReplyDeleteWow! I love the items you have for us this week. The GW basket looks amazing from what I can see--perfect for the balls! Thanks for sharing. Come over and visit anytime...
ReplyDeleteI love your finds! I found a really old mirror from the 60's a few weeks ago... I can't decide whether to paint the frame or not.
ReplyDeleteThe little balls are cute! I babysit my 15 month old grand-daughter, so all knick knacky stuff is packed away until she's older. lol
Love the tin sign...you got some great deals.

Love the sign, wonder why they sold it? Do you think he stopped kissing her goodnight? ;-)

You got some good things. I love yarn and fabric balls and the basket. Nice frame and mirror. I'd paint to either white or black and distress it.
ReplyDeleteI have been thinking of getting one of those vinyl wall art things with that very saying!
ReplyDeleteLove all of your finds:)
I got worn out painting one wall, 1300 square feet, you are my hero!
I love all your stuff, especially that mirror!! That is just too neat.

I love the dish you are displaying the balls in! And the tin plaque is cute - I would have bought it too. There is a mirror just like that in my office. It's oak, and I've been wondering if I could convince my boss to let me paint it. It doesn't match anything in the office.
